Eric Ouannes is the General Director a.i. at MSF-WaCa. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, and an impressive track record in operational leadership, strategy development, financial and relationship management. After starting his career with Action Contre la Faim (ACF), he joined MSF as their General Director for MSF Japan and President of the Board of MSF Korea.
