Elizabeth Campbell is the Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Population Refugees, and Migration (BPRM at the U.S. Department of State, overseeing humanitarian assistance in Africa and multilateral coordination. Previously, she directed the United Nations Relief and Works Agency’s (UNRWA) Washington office and served as a senior humanitarian policy advisor at the State Department.
